Teacher Training: Enhancing Learning Outcomes
Our Teacher Training program has been developed in association with NCERT. The focus of the program is to empower teachers on, ‘How to improve learning outcomes in class.’ Marks will improve once we focus on the core issue of improving what a child takes away from class in terms of learning. Ideally, it is a four-day program, with one day dedicated to each aspect. Understanding the learner & learning in the classroom. There are four aspects to the sessions that we focus on Information and Communication Technology in Teaching and Learning. This aspect is conducted by an IT professional from companies like Google, Microsoft etc. Teacher as a Counsellor: Part of our team is a professional, certified and experienced psychologist. Development of Life Management Skills: There will be experts from their respective fields who will steer these sessions Participants will create their own web page and chart plans to ensure that learnings from the sessions are carried forward in a planned manner.
